Thanks to mineral filters, it acts as a mirror for sun radiation. Its formula is based on natural ingredients and is safe for the skin. Created for active people, in environmentally friendly packaging – contains no plastic (and isn’t wrapped in foil). Why is Aloha Sun Stick Colored?
Sunscreens can contain two types of filters: Chemical and mineral. Chemical UV filters absorb UV radiation and convert it to heat, while mineral UV filters reflect and scatter UV radiation from the skin’s surface (and convert it to heat). They need to create a “layer” on the skin surface. These types of filters often whiten because higher UV factors require quite a lot to be applied to the skin. We decided to add attractiveness and a fun vibe – isn’t it great that you can now have sunscreen matching your shorts or board color? An additional aspect is your safety. Chemical filters, which wash off more easily from the skin, are invisible. So you don’t know when your protection is “washing away.” With Aloha Sun Stick, you can immediately see where the protective layer has worn off and needs reapplication.

Aloha Sun Stick Story
Have you ever seen plastic waste on the beach? We noticed this problem during several surf trips. We decided to take a step towards change and create a sunscreen in eco-friendly packaging that wouldn’t contain plastic. As water and winter sports enthusiasts, we understand the needs of active people – our intention was to create a product that meets these needs – easy to apply, waterproof, and with high protection factor. We wanted to create a product that we would use ourselves. That’s how Aloha Sun Stick was born 🙂

Aloha Sun Stick – how Does it Work?
Aloha Sun Stick is the first European-made mineral, colorful sun stick in plastic-free packaging. It contains only mineral (natural) sun filters, which are considered safe for marine organisms. The stick is waterproof (confirmed by tests) and has SPF 50+ protection factor. It was created to protect the face and sensitive areas during water sports, but it’s also used by climbers, hiking enthusiasts, children, and (referring to the beige color) by people with hyperpigmentation or tendency to discoloration.

Kupiłam dla dziecka jako urozmaicenie nudnej rutyny smarowania ciała kremami z spf. Udało się z prostej czynności zrobić świetną zabawę – dziecko samo pamięta o kremie, chce go nakładać samodzielnie i sprawdza czy jeszcze jest na ciele, żeby móc dołożyć kolejną porcję.
Oczywiście najpierw smarujemy całe ciało zwykłym spf, a na koniec kolor. Mnie cieszy, że skóra dziecka jest chroniona, a dziecko ma niezłą frajdę! Kupimy ponownie!
